How to buy?
  • Fist of all, we suggest you to registrer at our website, this way you will join our great club, Club Energy, where you can benefit from many advantages like getting Energies (points) which are reedemable for juicy profit. You can purchase on line without being registred because it is not necessary.

  • Afterwards, you have to choose the poduct or products you are interested in to put them into your basket. Once you have choosen all of them you just have to click the button continue that appears on the right hand side next to the selected items, then follow the steps (select method of payment, delivery details, etc...)

  • Once you have finished the purchasing process, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your account to confirm that the purchase is correct.

  • From that moment, your order will be placed and sent, so all you have to do is waiting its arrival at the address indicated on the purchase.

  • In the received e-mail, you will find a link to check the order status.

Which methods of payment are there?
  • Your Visa /MasterCard.

    If you chose this option, you will go on a secure server through our virtual TPV bank, so you will be able to make your transaction in the most liable security system.

    If the secure payment system is not activated you should contact your bank in order of being able of purchasing.

  • Bank transfer.

    If you chose the option bank transfer / deposit in bank account, you should make a payment in Santander Bank.

    In this case you should indicate a 4 DIGIT CODE that will be sent to your e-mail adress and at the back YOUR SURNAME.

  • PayPal

    If you decide to pay with PayPal, we will go on a secure server with PayPal so that you will carry out the transaction with the most liable security system.

    This payment method has an increase of 3€ management costs.

    Do you need more information about PayPal?

    PayPal allows you to create an account on the Internet and send money using different methods (credit card or bank account) to diffent users. Your financial information will remain confidential and the shop online will not have access to your credit card number nor your bank information.

  • Cash on delivery.

    Cash on delivery is only applicable for deliveries in the peninsula.

    The reimbursment cost payment is possible only for order which the total amount is between 25€ and 400€.

    If you chose this option, the 6€ will be added as reimbursmet cost payment.

    Once the payment has been made, in a maximun of 48 hours, an e-mai will be sent to the user, confirming the purchase. This e-mail will give details about the Product, the price and de shipping fees.

Are the products in guarantee?
All the Energy Sistem products bought in our online shop have 36 months guarantee, including the exhibition products.

To activate the garantee you have to sign in the Energy Club and register the product/s at "REGISTER A PRODUCT".

Can any product be registered in the Club Energy?
All the products, both Energy Sistem or Soyntec, could be registered in the Club Energy, this way you will get Energies that could be exchanged by discounts.

Can I return my purchase?
Subject to the Spanish Law 3/2014, any customer may cancel the contract within 14 working days from the receipt of the product.Energy Sistem extends the return period to 30 days from the date of receipt. Accessories, spare parts, Sport earphones, Urban earphones and Sport Bluetooth earphones have to be returned within 15 days. Only products purchased at our online store will be accepted.

Please fill in the RETURN FORM to return a product and take into account the following points:
  • Our Customer Service will send you an email with the return authorization number once you have filled in the Return Form. This number shall appear on the packet containing the goods to be returned.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and has to be protected accordingly before sending it. You must send it together with all accessories, instructions, wrappings and original packaging. All of them must be in the same condition as when purchased.
  • The cost of returning the product to our facilities will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, unless the product is faulty or does not correspond with the description, features or specific uses.
3.95 € (VAT included) if the amount to be refunded is lower or equal to 15 €.
2.95 € (VAT included) if the amount to be refunded is lower or equal to 49.99 € and equal to or higher than 15.01 €.
If the amount is higher than 49.99 €, return costs are free.

The cost of returning a product from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 11 € (VAT included).

If you choose the latter option, you will have to leave the packet together with the provided documents at the post office (Correos) of your choice.

We will check that the package received at our facilities is correct and will proceed to refund the amount that corresponds to the returned products. The refund will be made within a period of 7 days after receiving the packet at our facilities.

You can choose one of the following refund options:
  • GET ENERGIES AS A REFUND: We will give you the Energies that correspond to the purchase price. The redeemed Energies that correspond to the Renewal Plan or any other promotions won't be added to your Club Energy account.
  • MONEY REFUND: Money will be refunded using the same payment method chosen to make the purchase. If the chosen payment method was bank transfer or cash on delivery, you shall provide us with your bank account number in order to make the refund. Costs related to processing, Pay Pal and cash on delivery as well as the value of the Energies redeemed on the purchase will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. These Energies won't be added to your Club Energy account.

Which is the final cost of the product?
In order to know the total amount of your purchase, including the delivery expenses, you have to add the items to your basket and click on the button "Continue"situated in the menu on the right side in order to write your country and post code.

The shipping costs depend on the total amount to be paid:
0 € - 15 €, the shipping costs are 3.95 €
15.01 € - 49.99 €, the shipping costs are 2.95 €
50 € or more, the shipping costs are FREE.
(Iberian Peninsula only).

If the total amount is lower than 50€ when redeeming your Energies or any discount voucher, the related shipping costs will be added. This amount will not consider the contracted services (transport, insurance, etc.) costs.

Do I have to be registered to be able to buy?
You can purchase without being registered or register yourself at our Club Energy. Choosing the second option will give you the advantage of getting Energies (points) exchangeable for discounts.

What to do if the product is stopped by the customs?
WARNING! Energy Sistem cannot control customs clereance. Therefore, customers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are in charge of the payment of customs duties and /or importantion taxes that may arise. The shipping fees do not include the customs duties nor the VAT of the country of origin.
Which are delivery deadlines?
Please note that you will receive your order within 24h/72h (bank card) and within 96h (PayPal) and within 48h/72h (bank transfer) working hours (Iberian Peninsula) once we have verified that the payment has been made and that all ordered products are in stock (see order). The delivery period in case of cash on delivery varies between 48h and 96h. Once the goods have been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.

Orders paid by credit card or Paypal before 14 pm (GMT+1) are prepared the same day (excluding weekends). The payment by bank transfer is not an immediate payment method, implying a delay in preparing the order until the acceptance of the payment which may vary depending on each bank.
